We are sector specialists in LegalTech, where we have a unique edge. We are however opportunistic in our investment approach and are open to hearing about compelling ideas in other adjacencies

We have backgrounds in finance, tech, consulting and we are entrepreneurs ourselves. All of us share a passion for working closely with founders and their groundbreaking ideas and technologies, regardless of their background.
Our approach is centred around building lasting relationships with founders. We champion their ideas, celebrate their successes, and stand by them through every milestone and hurdle. Our goal is not only to provide capital, but also to contribute our expertise and resources to help founders navigate the ever-changing landscape of the technology industry.

We are founders ourselves, so we understand the trials and tribulations of setting up and funding a business, developing the sales function and building the right team. We also understand what it's like to have skin in the game and everything on the line


We are flexible investors, either acting passively to back management teams on the execution of their plans, or getting operationally involved, helping founders with sales transformation, hiring the right team, in-housing pivotal technology, improving reporting and enter new markets
We have a diverse advisory board enabling us to provide tailored and holistic advice, as well as make pivotal introductions to industry relationships


We have a unique edge in LegalTech. All of the founders of Tenex Ventures are involved in Tenex Legal, a premier Legal Executive Search and Leadership Consultancy. We are uniquely placed with our direct in-roads to the decision makers at law firms, their clients, and in-house legal functions. These key decision makers are also our advisors and you will have access to them throughout your growth journey.
